Our Process

Your home warranty company must first create a job request that will be sent to us.

  • Diagnosis.

    Upon receiving the job request, our technicians will call you and schedule an appointment to diagnose.

  • Approval.

    Once diagnostics are complete, we must submit them to your home warranty company for approval. The repair must be approved by your home warranty company before we can move forward.

  • Order Equipment.

    If we need to replace equipment, your home warranty will most likely choose to order the equipment from their own vendor and have it shipped to us.

  • Schedule Repair.

    Once we have received the approval and equipment, we can move forward with scheduling your repair.

  • No After-Hour Service Fees.

    The home warranty companies that we work with do not approve after-hour service fees.
