Home Warranty FAQs 

We are a preferred contractor with several home warranty companies and wanted to offer a brief overview of what you can expect once you have filed your home warranty claim. We have no access to your home warranty policy you chose to purchase. It is completely confidential. 


1.)  Your home warranty company must first create a job request that will be sent to us. 

2.) Upon receiving the job request our technicians will call you and schedule an appointment to diagnose. 

3.) Once diagnostics are complete, we must submit them to your home warranty company for approval. The repair must be approved by your home warranty company before we can move forward.  

5.) If we will need to replace equipment, your home warranty will most likely choose to order the equipment from their own vendor and have it shipped to us. 

6.) Once we have received the approval and equipment, we can move forward with scheduling your repair. 

7.) The home warranty companies that we work with do not approve after hour service fees. 

We love working with you and helping to keep you comfortable throughout every season. Please be kind to our service technicians they are doing their best to help!
